Customer Service Officer (Gambas)

Job Description
- Handles incoming calls / faxes / e-mails or serve walk-in customers on enquiries or confirmed orders.
- Handling of product samples
- Liaises with customers and negotiates on prices
- Prepares the necessary paperwork, such as quotations, delivery orders, invoice and simple admin task
- Follows up on outstanding enquiries, back orders and customers’ payment
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE “O’ levels or equivalent
- Preferably with 1 - 2 years’ working experience in customer service or field sales
- Fluent in English and ability to speak Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers) will be an advantage
- Has initiative and a positive learning attitude
- Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills & Possesses good problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
