Job Description

• Identifying and targeting potential customers in Educational, Research Institutes
• Project Management starting from indent order to project sign off by customers.
• Handle RMA (Return Material Authorisation) workflow.
• Report to HOD of Robotics Automation and establish action plans according to corporate objectives.
• Generate sales lead by cold calling / working with sales team for various sales departments
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of our company's technical products
• Measures of success include number for successful appointments make per month , making sure project deadline is meet, and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
• Perform other admin duties

Job Requirements

• ITE , Diploma in Engineering preferably in Mechatronics/Electrical/Mechanical
• Strong self-motivation, strong communication, interpersonal skills, customer service and sales skills
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
