Job Description

• Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing precision parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and address defects at an early stage
• Ensure all goods consistently meet required quality standards
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection data and test results
• Contribute to the development and improvement of inspection procedures and quality control processes
• Help build a team culture that values quality and accountability
• Perform other admin duties

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
• At least 1 year of industrial experience
• Able to read 2D drawings
• Knowledge of FAI (First Article Inspection). Others like PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and 8D problem-solving methodologies is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge in the use of measurement tools such as micrometres, vernier callipers, bore gauges etc
• Knowledge in SPC tools
• Good in Microsoft Excel, e.g. basic formulas
• Good communication skills and passion in learning
• Able to use computer and email for communication
