Job Description

• Identify and target new customers and markets for robotics and automation products.
• Execute and implement strategies, prepare quotations and proforma invoices.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Develop sales forecasts and budgets, and coordinate efforts to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  
• Report to sales director and establish action plans according to corporate objectives.
• Generate sales leads, follow-up after initial contact, secure orders, negotiate prices and complete sales.
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of our company's technical products.
• Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, up-selling, and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
• Perform other admin duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• ITE, Diploma or Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechatronics/Electrical/Mechanical.
• At least 1- 2 years of industrial product sales experience.
• Experience in selling Motion Control products/solutions will be advantageous. 
• Strong self-motivation, strong communication, interpersonal skills, customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Own transportation will be an advantage.
