Job Description
- Receive and respond to customer enquiries and confirmed orders
- Support the sales team with day-to-day support tasks
- Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, and basic sales documents
- Check and ensure all delivery orders and purchase orders are complete before invoicing
- Update stock inventory with processed orders
- Follow up on customer enquiries and outstanding payments with guidance from seniors
- Track customer deliveries and update customers on shipment status
- Handle other general admin tasks and support daily operations
Job Description
- At least GCE'O' Levels or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome, or at least 1 year sales support experience
- Comfortable working independently, yet enjoys being part of a team
- Confident communicator with good people skills
- Customer-focused, proactive and responsive
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and ready to grow with the company
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandaring speaking customers
