Job Description
- Indoor sales to handle overseas customers
- Have great interest to communicate with customers and to promote company's products
- Able to cold call and build potential customers from overseas
- Handles customers' enquiries and/or complaints
- Perform sales reservations, prepare customers' sales quotations and Proforma invoice
- Understanding processing orders through JDE system
- Follow up on sales related issues: e.g. quotations, sales order, shipment and payment
- Process orders through JDE system and liaise with internal departments to expedite sales orders
- Performs sales support and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Job Description
- Minimum Diploma required
- At least 1-2 years working experience in sales/ sales support
- Customer service oriented and have great sense of urgency
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage
- Working location at Jalan Besar (Nearest MRT : Lavendar)
