Customer Service Officer (Gambas)

Handles incoming calls / faxes / e-mails or serve walk-in customers on enquiries or confirmed orders
Handling of product samples
Liaises with customers and negotiates on prices
Prepares the necessary paperwork, such as quotations, delivery orders, invoice and simple admin task
Follows up on outstanding enquiries, back orders and customers’ payment
