Job Description

  • Process orders through JDE System
  • Follow up on customers' pending order, backorder, and shipment status
  • Handle telephone calls, sales enquiries, sales reservations, customers' complaints and discrepancies
  • Perform customers' sales quotations entry
  • Liaise with Warehouse, Shipping, and Account departments to expedite sales orders
  • Liaise with customer appointed forwarder for vessel schedule
  • Prepare documents for courier, hand-carry, air or sea freight arrangement
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • At least GCE 'O' level or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in sales support
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage
  • Working location at Jalan Besar (Nearest MRT : Lavender)
