Facilities Technician (Tuas)

Job Description
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of facilities, including ASRS (basic troubleshooting), fire protection system, plumbing, electrical, ACMV, carpentry and painting tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair issues as they arise
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of all work areas and equipment
- Monitor building systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety regulations
- Assist with setting up or moving furniture, fixtures and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
- Report major repair needs or safety issues to management
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in general building maintenance or related field
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Builds rapport and maintains clear, professional communication across all organisation levels

- Company transport provided at Boon Lay, Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang and Woodlands
