Job Description
- Install, set up and manage Windows Servers on physical and virtual machines
- Setup and support cloud services
- Support M365 applications
- Data protection and system recovery
- Projects Management
- End user support, hardware maintenance and IT documentation
- Support network and firewall
- Enhance Cyber Security, including patch management
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Relevant IT certification will be an added advantage
- Able to travel overseas on short notice.
- Have effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player, self-driven and strong sense of urgency
- Dedicated and driven to excel with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle stress and provide critical support even after working hours
- Willing to work in Tuas (Company transport provided)
