Job Description

• Provide full-stack support for server hardware and software, specializing in Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and Windows Active Directory (AD).
• Oversee Security Systems to safeguard company IT resources, assets, and data integrity.
• Manage, upgrade, and troubleshoot Network Devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls) and maintain robust security to protect company assets.
• Support IT infrastructure across different geographical areas, including potential overseas travel on short notice.
• Plan and implement IT projects, introducing the latest technologies to improve operational productivity.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation according to IT standards and best practices
• Manage IT purchase functions, vendor services, and contract renewals to ensure service continuity.
• Assist in user problem-solving and provide critical support outside of standard office hours when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in IT Systems and Network management.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server, AD, and Virtualisation.
• Hands-on experience with Network Security and Hardware maintenance.
• Experience in IT purchasing, vendor evaluation, and managing software licensing/contract renewals
• High proficiency in managing IT SOPs and system architecture diagram
• A proactive mindset for identifying and introducing new technologies to enhance workplace productivity.
• Proven ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Resilient and able to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to travel overseas for project requirements or address critical system emergencies on short notice
• Ability to support after-office hours for critical system maintenance or emergencies
• Willing to work in Tuas (Company transport provided)

Preferred Certifications :

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or MCSA.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
